Franchisee Success

Denys is our youngest franchisee. Originally from Ukraine, he previously ran an appliance repair business with his father in Dallas. Ambitious and driven, he plans to expand into HVAC and believes the franchise will help him achieve his goals.

Orkhan was born in Azerbaijan but he moved to the US and now owns a franchise in Montgomery. He is a true shark in home service: Orkhan has 11 years of experience in electronics and appliance repair. Now he is focused on fully covering the DC metro area by 2030 and reaching over $5 million in annual revenue. Orkhan balances his career with taking care of his four sons and has lived in four different states while traveling to over 20 countries.

Azerbaijan is a motherland of another Fuse Service franchisee Eltan. He co-runs a Fuse Service franchise in Montgomery. He was a lawyer for over 20 years back in Azerbaijan. But recently Eltan won a green card and decided to build a new career in appliance repair. He enjoys beer tasting in his free time and values Fuse Service for its business scaling support. His future goals include expanding geographically and adding plumbing and electrical services.

Giyas left Azerbaijan to run his franchise office in the Montgomery area. For 20 years he worked in food and beverage and hospitality, and probably that’s why he still enjoys food tasting in his free time. Today, Giyas focuses on appliance repair and business development to expand his franchise across the Mid-Atlantic region. Giyas values teamwork and building a strong franchise system.

Bekbolot had an HVAC business before purchasing a franchise. About three years ago, he moved to the United States from Kyrgyzstan. His goal is to scale the company to $1 million in annual revenue by delivering high-quality service and building a sustainable business.
